Vintage Tommy Hilfiger Bear.  I know you have heard of a Polo Bear but Tommy did it too.  Why not, Ralph Lauren was pretty successful with it.  The bear is wearing a classic Tommy hat and Knit sweater.  Bear is in good condition, the sweater has some normal age.
