Vintage 90s Polo Sport Ralph Lauren Clutch.  In the 90s many girls wore this bag.  It was all over the place and very obtainable at your local Macy`s.  Its pretty clean and barley used.  It may have came with a strap but would be perfect to use as a clutch for your sporty days.  The same design is on both sides.
