Vintage Fangoria “Aaliyah Queen Of The Damned” Cover Issue March 2002 Issue #210. Queen Of The Damned was a 2002 Vampire film based off of Anne Rice’s The Vampire Chronicles Series. The film was dedicated to Aaliyah who passed away 6 months prior to the movies release. Aaliyah had filmed all of her scenes before her tragic accident, it was the last movie she would ever star in.

This piece showed a behind the scenes look of Aaliyah and the filming of the the movie. On the cover is Aaliyah dressed in costume. In big yellow fonts it says ‘Aaliyah Immortal” It’s funny because that is sort of the truth as her legacy has continued to grow 20 years after her death.
