Vintage 90s Nautica Competition blue 1/4 zip shirt.  This one is not exactly a sweatshirt its a littler thinner but its heavier then a t shirt and has a quarter zip front.  The logo is embroidered on in white and red lettering.  Great vintage Nautica subtle shirt, goes great with so much.  Fits a little more like a large.
