Vintage Tommy Hilfiger Athletics 88 Jersey.  This jersey is made of shinny polyester material with ironed on lettering.  Jersey seems to have been inspired by a 70s volley ball uniform or something along those lines.  The jersey is blue with yellow lettering and in good shape.
