Supreme x Champion Quilted spellout jacket.  Jacket has the paisley inside the hood just like the hoodie.  The back of the jacket has a Supreme sepllout while the front has the large C that is found on the Supreme x Champion items of the year.  Another nice feature is the quilted design on the arms of the jacket.
