Vintage Marlboro Cigarettes Reversible Black/ Red Jacket. Marlboro Miles was Marlboro reward to customers for smoking their cigarettes. Each pack of cigarette had a barcode on it that would say 5 Miles on it. The more miles you accumulated the better items you could redeem from their Miles catalog. This piece is reversible so you get the best of both of worlds. The one side is all black and has Marlboro spelled out across the back in red. The other side is dressed in all red with a black collar, cuffs and waistband. There are two front pockets on each side. Full length zipper.
