Vintage Polo Ralph Lauren Hi Tech Hooded Jacket. 90s Hi Tech items are some of the best Ralph designs. This one is a blue outer shell and red fleece lining. At the bottom of the lining is a small area that is not fleece and there is some minor flaking coming from that area which is not bad. Still very wearable. You cannot see any flaking, it is coming from the inside.
