Vintage 90s Starter Notre Dame Fighting Irish jacket.  On back is a large Notre Dame embroidered on logo in the classic yellow.  Its on a navy thick jacket.  The front also has an embroidered on patch.  One thing not seen in the picture is when the hood is up, there is another Starter patch seen on back.  Its not quite the heaviest winter jacket but is meant for colder weather, maybe to be layered on those extra cold days.  Fits true to an XL.
