Vintage 90s LUGZ Sport Black and tan coat.  You may have not remembered that LUGZ made clothing as well as boots.  They did but not nearly as much as they did footwear.  This one has tan, black and blue trim on each side and on the inner collar.  The jacket is very heavy and made for the winter.  The sleeve does have a stain that we tried removing.  It also fits very bulky, true to the late 90s fit.
