Vintage 90s Nautica black and 3m bubble jacket.  This is a classic plain black bubble jacket but has a nice 3M patch on the left arm.  It is less puffy but its over 20 years old i dont think it could be much more puffy.  It does fit true to an xl.  Id say you can wear it in the cold weather just wear a sweatshirt underneath and itll be fine.
