Vintage The North Face black and grey trim mesh panel hat.  The North Face logo on front is embroidered on in white, the two strips are grey, might have been 3M at one point, side panels and brim are mesh.  The hat is a lightweight form fitting hat.  Its a great looking hat and fits all sizes.
