-Great condition 

Vintage Polo Sport Ralph Lauren blue strapback.  Hat has a nice Polo Sport patch on front.  Throughout the hat is white stitching on the blue hat.  Another unique feature is the back strap with its extra hook at the end of it.  Hat is in great shape and fits all sizes.
