Vintage Polo Ralph Lauren navy and red Pony strap back.  This Pony logo hat is one of the most popular hats ever by any designer if not the most popular.  Just like the Converse Chuck Taylor has been a staple from generation to generation this will be the same in my opinion.  This one is particularly nice with its navy top and red brim.  Hat fits all sizes.
