Triple 5 Soul patchwork cadet style of tan cap.  The hat has many patches sewn on through out, the main one is on top of a women with the saying Whats your Poison ?  It is made to fit tight on your head, it has an elastic band in back to stretch it out if needed.  The hat is marked large but runs smaller, its good for most sizes though, 7 3/4 and up i wouldnt try it.  The hat is marked as a Sample under the brim, it may not have ever made it to retail stores.
