The North Face Windstopper Gortex hat with ear flap.  Hat is made up of a fleece top with a suede brim and a Gortex lining.  Hat also has extra ear flaps that can be worn tucked in or out to protect your ears.  This hat was made with great quality, does have a mark on the suede of the brim, not very noticeable, looks like it can be part of the suede from a few feet away.  Hat fits a size from 7 1/8 - 7 3/8.
