-Neon side has color bled

2000 Olympic Reversible embroidered flag hat. All around the hat is embroidered flags with a year under it. The year represents when the specific country held the Olympic Games. USA and Greece got the large patches on front and back. The inverse side is not in great shape to wear but it didnt affect the green side.
