Vintage Pure Playaz 1030 navy blue and 3M 5 panel hat.  Hat has a bright 3m reflective Pure Playaz Genuine 1969 patch on front, 1030 logo in sliver on top and a 5 panel navy nylon hat.  The hat is from the late 90s brand that had a small time period of success but is still remembered for some of there designs.
