Vintage 90s DKNY Eco Tech Reflective winter strap back. The Eco Tech line isnt as well known as just regular Tech or USA but it had some great pieces. The hat is probably my favorite of course. It has a large 3M patch sewn on front with black and red lettering. The ear flaps really keep you warm when its cold and windy. It has a strap back and fits most sizes.
