Vintage All Madden Team 10th anniversary hat. The All Madden team started by John Madden in the 80s. It was not necessarily the best players in the league but the players that John wouldve liked to coach. The hat was made to commemorate the 10th annual team. Players really wanted to be named to this team, it was as important as it got.
