Vintage 90s Polo Sport Ralph Lauren Crest navy and grey sweat 5 panel hat.  On the front panel is and embroidered crest logo with a small Polo logo under it.  Its on a navy sweat material 5 panel.  The brim is even sweat material and heather grey.  The hat has never been worn and has original tags.
