Vintage Nautica Scuba Blue Strap Back. When you first see this hat you think its pretty cool, nice looking.  But when you hold it in person then you truly know the greatness.  The black of the brim is made of neoprene, the top of the hat is a bright neon green nylon with a sewn on red Nautica Scuba patch, front logo has the embroidered on Nautica Scuba line, which maybe the most underrated and sought after 90s line going, much better then the Competition line but much less items produced.  Hat is in great shape and matches are H20 windbreaker perfectly.
