-Good Condition but has some light marks around the hat

Vintage 90s Columbia Sportswear neon winter 5 Panel hat.  If your like me you like wearing 5 panels.  But if you live on the East Coast especially, it gets to cold at certain times of the year.  Thats where this hat comes in, its still a 5 panel but when its cold you can let down the flaps for more coverage.  It should fit the mid sizes like 7 1/8 - 7 3/8 fine.
