-Has mark on back 3M area, brim shows wear 

Vintage Timberland Performance red and 3M 5 Panel hat.  A lot of brands had some crazy hats in the 90s but the first brand that comes to mind when you think of those isnt usually Timberland.  But they designed a classic with this one.  It has a reflective stripe down the middle, mesh sides and large Timberland patch on front.   Its not in great condition but if you can live with that you have yourself one of the best 90s hats.
