Vintage 90s Polo Ralph Lauren USA forest green and black strap back.  On front is an embroidered USA flag and Polo USA logo.  My favorite part of the hat is the color blocking of forest green top, black brim and red Polo logo on back.  Hat fits all mens sizes and was Made In The USA.
