Vintage 90s Gap Fleece Slate and 3M stocking cap.  In the 90s brands made these kind of hats.  I could remember seeing a lot of striped patterns as well on these type of hats.  This one is marked size large but should fit most sizes.  The strings on top have 3M speckles on them to give it an even better look.
