Vintage 90s Starter USA Olympics Flag Trim Snapback.  We couldve called this hat a million names with all thats going on.  It has US flag trim on each panel, embroidered on USA / Olympic rings, two toned blue with red brim and the classic Stater logo.  Fits all sizes, shows some normal wear.
