Vintage 90s Speedo red, 3m, and mesh panel`s hat.  Even brands like Speedo were producing great designs in the 90s.  This one is amazing, mesh side panels, red nylon and 3m reflective tape in the middle, its as good as a Lo, or Tommy design.  Hat fits all sizes.
