Vintage 90s Polo Sport Spell Out Red / Blue Strap Back.  On the front panel is a sewn on white trim, sewn on top of that is a blue trim with an embroidered Polo Sport logo.  Its all on a red strap back.  This one isnt rare but you dont see it nearly as much as the basic Polo Sport hats.  Fits all sizes
