Vintage 90s Nautica Competition blue and 3m racing hat.  Yes the print is 3M.  It has a dark grey tint when its not reflecting.  The print sits on a navy blue very lightweight nylon stretch fit hat.  The brim is a little shorter then normal but bigger then a cycling cap`s brim.  This one fits most sizes, if you wear a large size like 7 7/8 or 8 i dont think it will work, other then that it should be fine.
