Vintage Gianni Versace black 5 panel hat.  The main feature on this one is Medusa embossed logo on front.  Its made of thick metal and its on a black leather trim.  The hat has an outside shell of black nylon with a quilted black inside.  The hat does run pretty small, If you have a large hat size I dont suggest buying this one.
