Vintage 1995 Drakkar Noir hat.  Drakkar Noir is a mens cologne that dates back to the early 80s.  I believe you can still buy it today at Macy`s or Sephora, not the hat though.  I believe it was a promotional item from 1995, it probably came with purchase.  It does have a stretch back and fits most sizes.
