Vintage 80s Virginia Tech Hokies Made In USA Snapback.  In the 80s this style of hat was pretty prevalent.  What makes it a little different is the foamy material and printed on lettering.  The hat looks unworn but has a small white mark on the side of the brim and a little indent on top of the hat that should go away with wears.
