-Good condition, has minor marks

NYC MTA navy skully. This one is made of navy cotton and has a sewn on MTA logo on front. This is an item MTA workers most likely wore if they worked outside. Probably a train conductor or the workers you’d see at the Bus stop checking on the buses. I believe it is a early 00s item.
