Versace Jeans collection denim velcro strap hat.  Hat is nicely made, denim with the Versace Jeans collection logo on front, the back has a Gianni Versace Profumi logo on back.  Hat seems to have been given out with either a perfume set or maybe at some type of event.  Hat was made in Italy and is a pretty well made hat if it was a give away.  Fits all sizes.
