Vintage Tommy Hilfiger Blue Striped Crest S/L Button Up Shirt.  90s fashion was just different.  Shirts that were made to dress up in were being worn casually.  In junior high I had at least 4-5 Tommy button ups in my rotation.  This one is a two tone blue with wide stripes.  Pocket on the left chest.  The best part of shirt is the famous Tommy crest that is located right below the pocket.
