Vintage 1996 Keroppi Coin Pouch.  In the mid 90s Keroppi had a run of popularity among girls in NYC.  Similar to characters like Hello Kitty,  Keroppi is less known but just as wanted by a select few girls.  The pouch has a bigger pouch up top on a smaller one on bottom.  The print is a typical Keroppi style of print.
