Vintage Nike Navy/ Yellow Reversible Hooded Fleece Jacket.  This is an early 2000s piece from Nike.  The one side is dressed in all navy nylon.  The left sleeve has a zipper pocket with Nike Spellout on it.  Small Nike Swoosh is found on the bottom of the jacket near the zipper.  The other side is made of yellow fleece.  Nike spellout is embossed on the back.  Both sides have two front pockets.  The hood has drawstrings that are accessible from both sides.  The reverse side is yellow fleece but it does have a dime size hole on the chest area.
