Vintage Eddie Bauer Sport ‘EBTEK’ Blue Shorts. Eddie Bauer has been in business for over a 100 years and has rebranded several times to cater to different audiences. In 1996 the company launched EBTEK, a new product line, including both the EBTEK System of high-performance interlocking outerwear, and EBTEK casual activewear. The EBTEK line included Gore-Tex and Polartec 200. This line is still considered to their best ever.

These shorts are dressed in all blue and made out of 100% nylon. There are two front pockets and a cargo pocket on the left leg. The back has two pockets one that can be closed by zipper and the other velcro. Eddie Bauer branding found on the right leg. The waist is interesting as it has a drawstring and a buckle strap for double adjustable fit. Inside has a black lining, with a small pocket pouch with Eddie Bauer Sport branding. Pull tabs on pockets have 3M.
